Otselic Valley 63, Tyburn Academy 36

SOUTH OTSELIC – Otselic Valley improved dramatically over its opening game, and cruised to a 27-point victory over Tyburn Academy Thursday night.

Coming off a one-point win on Tuesday, the Vikings led by 11 after one period and raised the lead to 30 points after three. “Tyburn is not a bad team, and they have everyone back from last year,” said OV coach Dave Loomis. “We put together a pretty good game offensive and defensively. Everyone got a lot of minutes, and they all played well.”

Sophomore Jason Olin led OV with 13 points and nine rebounds, while fourth-year player Trevor Marston chipped in with 12 points.
