Revoir wins Chenango Judge race

The final, unofficial results are in from the Chenango County Board of Elections in Norwich, with all of the county’s 31 election districts reporting.

Republican Frank Revoir has won the County, Surrogate and Family Court post, leading challenger and Democrat Diane DiStefano by a vote of 10,521 to 6,565. There were 159 write-in votes counted.

In the Town of Norwich council race, Stanley Foulds won over Michael Ford, 896 to 309.

The Smyrna Town Supervisor race was won by Michael Khoury with 383 votes to Gerald Parry Sr., 72 and John Grosso’s 32.

In the presidential race, 8,340 Chenango voters cast ballots for Barack Obama and 8,933 for Mitt Romney.
