GUILFORD – A pair of 11-year-olds have been charged with fourth degree criminal mischief – a class A misdemeanor – following a Chenango County Sheriff’s investigation into vandalism that took place at the Mt. Upton Park, located in the Town of Guilford, in early December. The youths were released to the custody of their parents and will appear in Chenango County Family Court at a later date.
