Earlville Opera House Thanks Its Volunteers
Published: November 16th, 2011

EARLVILLE – The Earlville Opera House celebrated its 40th Season this year with wonderful community support.

“Another successful year of varied and outstanding musical performances would not have been possible without our fabulous volunteers, and we would like to express our sincere thanks to all our volunteers who helped make the 2011 season a success,” said Executive Director Patti Lockwood-Blais. “We are so fortunate to have wonderful artists, bakers, board members, cashiers, servers and ushers who become a part of the EOH volunteer staff. Thank you for your generosity!”

Volunteers at the Earlville Opera House sell tickets, distribute concessions, hand out programs, collect ticket stubs, host our galleries, help in the Arts Café, bake delicious desserts, staff the Holiday Sale, help with mailings, staff the Gift Shop, and help us with any other odd jobs that need to be done – even fixing computers! Without their help, the Opera House season would not be possible. ”Our deepest gratitude goes to all those who volunteer their time and expertise,” Lockwood-Blais said.
