NORWICH – A public hearing on the proposed 2011 budget for Chenango County takes place tonight at 7 at the County Office Building in Norwich. The plan would levy $23,074,933 on taxpayers next year, an increase of 1.01 percent from the 2010 fiscal plan. The public is invited to comment.
