NORWICH – All but one election district reported results last night after the polls closed in the primaries. Elections officials at the poll in Otselic failed to complete a process, which kept the machine from producing a memory card, which county elections officials needed. The results were to be resolved this morning, said officials at the Chenango County Board of Elections in Norwich.
