Ready, Patrollers?! The DVD Patrol salutes our great country this week because not only did we honor some Presidents this week but our great nation has just started the Winter Olympics up with our great neighbor to the North. Good Luck to all the athletes and your very own athlete of the Patrol, the Toddster, has been doing double duty checking out a lot of movies in the theater and DVDs too. More on that later. I hope everyone liked our Valentine’s Day Special last week. Time to get down to business!

New on DVD

Law Abiding Citizen - How far will someone go for Justice? In this new thriller, Clyde Shelton (Gerard Butler) loved his family very much until they were killed. It became his mission to avenge his family so he decided to go after the people who murdered them but was unsuccessful so now he’s in jail. Assistant District Attorney Nick Rice (Jamie Foxx) has been assigned to his case. Shelton requests that the case of his family’s murderers be reopened but has been denied so he finds a way to strike against the people he’s after and the people who put him in jail. Can Rice protect himself and the ones he loves from Shelton before it’s too late? Foxx can currently be seen in the new comedy “Valentine’s Day” now in theaters and Butler will be back in action in “The Bounty Hunter” coming soon to theaters.
