NORWICH – Entrepreneurs and businesses looking to expand into new ventures within the natural gas industry may take advantage of an upcoming series of free seminars offered by Commerce Chenango.

Government officials are also invited to learn more about the Marcellus Shale and many other lucrative natural gas formations that lie under the subsurface in Chenango County.

The curriculum includes in-depth conversations and successful examples of local businesses who are already responding and tips on how to establish productive and ongoing relationships with natural gas companies. The facilitators are business and economic development experts from Penn State Cooperative Extension.
