Johnson City 60, Norwich 16

JOHNSON CITY – Norwich ran into its third straight dominant opponent as the Wildcats posted a win over the Tornado (1-3) on Tuesday.

Norwich picked up wins from Cameron Turner (140), Keegan Levesque (189), and Frank Garcia (103). Levesque scored the most points of his career winning a major decision, 17-4. Garcia went 2-for-2 with his second straight pin in the past week.

“We’ve wanted Keegan to open up more and be more aggressive,” said Norwich coach Joe Downey. “Last year he only beat the same kid by one point, and today he was dominant.”

Johnson City scored all of its points by pinfall, technical fall or forfeit. “They have a lot of guys that have been around for a while,” Downey said. “We’re hoping to turn things around soon.”
