NORWICH – When Jennifer Post talks about the highlights of her summer, she’s not talking about vacation. She’s reflecting on the success of her fourth and final year as principal of Norwich’s Summer School Program.

“The program has grown in leaps and bounds,” said Superintendent Gerard O’Sullivan, as Post launched into a recap of the program during the Norwich City School District’s board of education meeting Wednesday night.
