Voters learn how to use new machine

NORWICH Chenango County voters may learn how to use the new Dominion voting machines this week at a mock election being held in the lobby of the County Office Building.

Board of Elections Republican Commission Harriet Jenkins said about 60 people tried their hand at the machine Monday. The voting machines will be available for use from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Thursday. Voters will mark a paper ballot which is then fed into a scanning device.
