Seward takes oath of office

ONEONTA – State Senator James L. Seward (R/I/C – Oneonta) took the oath of office Friday for another term, sworn in by Otsego County Judge Brian Burns.

Following the swearing-in, Seward commented on the challenging times that lie ahead.
