Holiday music by the Dady Bros. at 6 On The Square Saturday

OXFORD – The Dady’s are coming to 6 On The Square (6OTS) December 13th, at 7:30 p.m.; so make your reservations now. What better way to get in the Holiday spirit than with everybody’s favorite Irish duo, the very talented, John and Joe Dady. Their wide musical repertoire includes country, bluegrass, folk and Celtic styles, but onstage it’s their light-hearted humor and good-natured wit that really keeps audiences wanting for more. Their Holiday Show will feature songs of the season as well as favorites for a fun-filled evening.

You may remember seeing the Dady’s last July when they played in LaFayette Park for the Village’s Bicentennial. Their instrumental versatility captured the essence of the traditional Irish tunes that were adapted by the canalers. They play fiddle, mandolin, guitar, bodhran, banjo, uilleann pipes, harmonica and even penny whistle. This Holiday performance will include those tunes, traditional selections and holiday favorites. You can sing along - and even dance along - their music is suitable for children of all ages, including those young at heart, making this a great show for the entire family.
