NORWICH – Norwich benefited from six Sidney forfeits, and won the remaining seven bouts by decision for its second dual meet win in as many nights, Thursday evening on Senior Recognition Night.

“Our guys are becoming more confident that they can go the whole six minutes,” said Norwich coach Terry Hagenbuch.

Tanner Cummings (103) posted a 12-8 win over the Warriors’ Scott Stafford in a showcase of top-level wrestlers in that weight class. “That was a good win for Tanner,” Hagenbuch said. “Stafford is a top-five guy in the section.”
