NORWICH – The Chenango County Council of the Arts in Norwich will be holding its annual Member’s Exhibit. The show will be at the Maria Brown and Raymond Loft Galleries, 27 W. Main St., Norwich, and runs from Nov. 2 – Dec. 20. An opening reception will be held from 5 to 7 tonight. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or by appointment.
