NORWICH – An oppressive heat wave is expected to move through Central New York today and tomorrow, making outside temperatures feel between 105 to 110 degrees.

Relief from the airmass may come as early as Thursday, with rain and thunderstorms predicted, but the bulletin states that by Friday and on through the weekend, the heat should be decreased significantly.
