Rules

1. Twenty games are listed each week, plus a tie breaker.
2. Neatly enter your predicition on this form corresponding to the game number on the list.
3. In case of a tie, the winner will be determined by the tiebreaker. The entry with the correct winner in the tiebreaker and the closest to the total points in that game will win the $50 weekly prize. In the event no one picks the correct team in the tiebreaker, the closest to the total points will determine the winner.
4. Any contest games that are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled will not count towards contest results.
5. Limit one entry per person, per week. Only official entry forms are eligible. Hamemade entries,faxed or photocopied entries will not be accepted.
6. All entries must be entered no later than Friday.
