Big Game Contest Entry Form

Rules:

Write the winning team and final score on the official entry form below.
Winner is determined by the entry with the correct winning team and correct final score.
If no entry has the correct score, the person with the correct team selected and closest to the total points will be declared the winnter.
In the event of a tie, winner will be determined by a random drawing.
Snyder Communications employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter
No purchase neccesary. All decisions are final. One entry per person, one entry per household. Must use official entry form. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Winners will be notified by phone and published in an upcoming issue.
