OXFORD – Key volunteer, Sandra Colton is the chairman of the Chenango County Habitat for Humanity’s 17th Red Carnation Sale. The sale will raise funds to support Chenango County Habitat for Humanity’s next house project. Keep an eye out for upcoming word of the selected family and location.
