2009 Miss Chenango County Teen-Ager crowned

Cathryn Ashton, 17, of Norwich, was crowned the 2009 Miss Chenango County Teen-Ager at the 162nd Chenango County Fair Wednesday. She’ll go on to compete in the New York State pageant being hosted in Norwich this weekend.
