B-G Bobcats take second at Windsor tournament

WINDSOR – This past weekend saw the mighty Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcat volleyball squad head down to Black Knight territory for a day-long tournament against some of the areas premiere teams.

“Lots of intense play all day long, with very little down time,” said Bainbridge-Guilford head coach Tami Selfridge. “Pool play at the Windsor tournament is really great, but very demanding.”

Bainbridge-Guilford is in full on prepare for the postseason mode – hoping to make a late season push and to sharpen their play as they approach the latter part of the 2017 season.

In pool play on October 7, B-G played six different teams, for a combined score of 6-6. This 6-6 record would land B-G in the top bracket with a fourth seed.
