Man Arrested Following Mva, Authorities Say Subject’s BAC Was More Than Twice Legal Limit

PRESTON - On Sept. 6, a Town of Norwich resident was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with BAC greater than .08 of one percent, and aggravated DWI for having a BAC greater than .18.
