Couple arraigned following domestic dispute, stabbing

NORWICH Jessica Lennox, 21, of Norwich was arraigned on Tuesday for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend in front of the couple's child during a domestic dispute. The alleged stabbing victim Domenick Lepera, 22, of Norwich was also arraigned for allegedly striking girlfriend Lennox.



The couple appeared before Judge James E. Downey in Norwich City Court.

Lennox was charged with assault in the second degree, a class D felony; criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor; criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a class A misdemeanor; endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; and harassment in the second degree, a violation.

Lepera was charged with criminal obstruction of breath or blood, a class A misdemeanor; endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor; assault in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor; and harassment in the second degree, a violation.
