NORWICH – The Norwich and North Norwich fire departments responded to a pair of two-car collisions Monday afternoon, one of which resulted in injuries and shut down a four-mile stretch of state Highway 12 for approximately one and a half hours from the intersection with county Road 32 and state Highway 320.
