SOUTH OTSELIC – Otselic Valley scored both of its goals in the final nine minutes to win by shutout Monday in a non-league game against Blessed Virgin Mary.

After a clearing pass by Angel Marshall, Brent Rasmussen beat the BVM sweeper for the first goal. With just two minutes remaining, Jason Olin’s pass deep into the 18-yard box was directed in by Trevor Marston.

“Our defense, Matt Neal, Jason Olin, Travis Sheldon, and Connor Smith along with goalie Jon Luizzo did a phenomenal job holding Blessed Virgin Mary scoreless,” said OV coach Jacob Preston.
