PLYMOUTH – The community is invited to a ribbon cutting celebration at 1 p.m. on Sunday for the new Plymouth Town Hall offices that were recently added to the Plymouth Fire House, located on State Route 23.

Past and present town officials will join in the “Community Day” festivities that will include tours, cake and ice cream served by the Chenango County Dairy Princess Court and a mini exposition of Plymouth’s businesses and churches.

“A large part of the afternoon will be talks on the history of the town with the history books and pictures that the Historical Society has,” said Linda Powell-Owens, chairman.
