Utica Men Charged With Conspiracy In Oxford

OXFORD – A pair of Utica men are currently being held at the Chenango County Correctional Facility following an Oxford Police Department investigation into stolen property at the village’s Dollar General store, located at 1 North Washington Ave.

David J. Dickan and Thomas D. Hajdasz, both age 51, have been charged with sixth degree conspiracy, petit larceny and fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property, all class A misdemeanors, according to Oxford Police Chief Rich Nolan. Hajdasz was also charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number of other traffic infractions.
