NORWICH – With a higher attendance than in previous years, Saturday’s Fall Festival of the Bands at the Norwich High School left the Tornado Field Band with a lot to celebrate.
Norwich placed second in the small school, division two category with a total score of 79.75, right behind Johnson City (SS 2; 82.1).
