OXFORD – Mobile Disaster Recovery Centers (MDRCs) will open for three days in two New York counties on Tuesday to assist individuals, households and businesses affected by Tropical Storm Lee, state and federal officials said today.

Each MDRC will be open through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

In Oxford, the MDRC will be at NBT Bank, 10 North Canal St.

The centers will be staffed with disaster-recovery specialists who can provide information and answer questions about storm-related assistance, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) officials said.
