NORWICH – The City of Norwich Fire Department responded to a 911 call Thursday after a homeowner said a vehicle had caught fire inside his garage.
Assistant Chief Patrick Ford said the homeowner had successfully rolled the truck he’d been working on out of his garage and into the road by the time crews arrived.
