NORWICH – The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office charged a 21-year-old Norwich man with several child several sex crimes Tuesday for allegedly having an ongoing sexual relationship with a girl under the age of 13.
Police charged Zachary A. Miller with first degree rape, first degree criminal sexual act, sexual conduct against a child, possession a sexual performance by a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
