NORWICH – Keyboardist and vocalist Matt Beadle and brother Bruce Beadle Jr. have announced the release of their debut album, “To the Moon and Back,” and will hold an official CD release party when they open for former American Idol finalist Josh Gracin on Aug. 11 at the Chenango County Fairgrounds.
The siblings, known best for performing locally as The Beadle Brothers, spent a week in January recording the album, their first, at All Mixed Up studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
Greg Perkins, owner of All Mixed Up, recorded and produced the album, in addition to contributing some of the material on the all original CD and playing the fiddle and pedal steel.
“Greg’s a very well known musician in Nashville so we knew we could trust him in regards to our music,” said Bruce Jr., vocalist and acoustic guitarist on the album. “We took this opportunity very seriously and it’s been a long time in the making.”
