Cow Chip Bingo held at Blues Festival

NORWICH – Catholic Charities of Chenango County will have a fundraiser, Cow Chip Bingo at the Blues Fest this year. It will be all afternoon, Saturday, Aug. 16. We will have five “rounds” of Bingo throughout the afternoon.

The field will be marked off into 100 squares, each numbered. Individuals will purchase tickets for each square. At the appointed time, a well-fed cow will enter the marked field. Whichever square she “goes” on (you know, leaves her “chip”) is the winner.

For the first four rounds, tickets will sell for $5 each or 3 for $10 with prizes of $100 for each round. They will be available pre-sale and at the Blues Fest. The last round, tickets will sell for $25 each with a $500 prize.

Cow Chip Bingo is generously sponsored by the following businesses; Paragon Communication, Wilson Funeral Home, Inc., Central Diagnostic Imaging, P & G Pharmaceuticals, NBT Bank.
