PHARSALIA – State Police in Norwich are investigating a one-car rollover accident which occurred at 10 a.m. Sunday on County Road 10 in the Town of Pharsalia.
A 1999 Ford Explorer overturned several times and left the roadway after the operator, 19-year-old Chad L. Stevens of Camillus, lost control after entering the eastbound lane in an attempt to pass an uninvolved vehicle.
