After weeks of classes, ten citizens graduated from the Norwich Police Department’s Citizen’s Academy on Tuesday night. The class, which was made up mostly of police officer’s friends and family, learned about the department and what they do. Graduation certificates were presented to Dr. Albert Kochersperger, Jackie Archambo, Donna Brightman, Donna Clark, Jennifer Soyky, Margaret Casey, Jason Lawrence, Tyler Murphy, Larry Chesebro and Julian Drelich.
