NORWICH – Longtime Norwich music teacher Don Burke will conduct the Tornado’s concert, symphonic and jazz bands one last time before his impending retirement at Tuesday’s spring concert, set for 7 p.m. in the Norwich High School auditorium. The concert will also feature the music students of Mark Sands and Mary Mayo. Burke has been the band director at the city schools since 1981.
