Upcoming Drive-thru Food Distribution Events

CHENANGO COUNTY – In collaboration with the Food Bank of Central New York and the American Dairy Association Northeast, there will be an opportunity to receive healthy local dairy and produce products at eight different locations in the Chenango County region.

With the Nourish, NY initiative, 1,500 individual distributions have been made possible which will include milk, cheese, sour cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, cucumbers, cabbage, lettuce, and apples.

Everyone is welcome and we ask that if you know of someone in need, please consider driving through, no one will be turned away as long as there are products left. We also ask that anyone driving through remain in their vehicles for contactless delivery.

Friday, July 24 • Oxford Academy Primary School (50 S Washington Ave., Oxford, N.Y., 13830) from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. • McDonough American Legion (1136 County Rd 5, McDonough, N.Y., 13801) beginning at 10:30 a.m. • Greene Elementary School (105 Elementary Ln., Greene, N.Y., 13778) from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, July 25 • Sherburne-Earlville High School District (13 School St., Sherburne, N.Y., 13460) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. • Smyrna United Methodist Church (3 East Main St Smyrna, NY 13464) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. • Lebanon Federated Church (1494 Billings Hill Rd., Earlville, N.Y. 13332) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. • Unadilla Valley Central School Elementary Circle (4238 NY-8, New Berlin, N.Y. 13411) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Tuesday, July 28 • Otselic Valley Central School District (125 County Rd 13A, South Otselic, N.Y., 13155) on Tuesday, July 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and again from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..
