Otsego County Driver Facing Felony Charges In Fatal Hit-and-run

COLUMBUS – An Otsego County man is being held at the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash bail following a Thursday night accident which resulted in the death of a 50-year-old woman.
