NORTH NORWICH – Three people – including a 16-month-old infant – were injured Tuesday after a car carrying five occupants rolled off Whaupaunaucau Road and into a nearby field.
Chenango County Sheriff’s deputies ticketed the driver, Nicholas Wright of Norwich, with unreasonable speeds and unsafe tires.
