The Patrol is on, People! The DVD Patrol staff have been secretly working around the clock on planning something for your pal, the Toddster, because I am a year older this week. (How old we don’t want to know. Hey, the Toddster is a sensitive guy.) We’ve still got a job to do and have some good ones coming out this week including some news about a certain blue skinned guy that has been a hit in theaters. More on that later. The Informant - Could you imagine if Secret Agent James Bond wasn’t as good at his job as everyone knows he is? In this case, Mark Whitacre (Matt Damon) definitely fits in that category. Mark works for a big agriculture company and becomes aware of some serious price fixing. Deciding to do something about it, Mark reports them to the FBI and volunteers to blow the whistle on them. Thinking he’ll be a big hero, Mark’s ego starts to go out of control. To make matters even worse, the agents soon discover that Mark may not be all he says he is. What will they find and how will things turn out for Mark? Damon has a new action thriller on the way with the makers of the Bourne trilogy coming to theaters called “Green Zone.”
