Faux cows draw attention on West Hill

NORWICH – They may be lifelike down to the single hairs on their clear black and white hides, but William H. Smith Jr.’s newest lawn ornaments aren’t really eating the lush, green grass.

“I wouldn’t want to spoil them,” he said.
