Valley Heights’ soccer teams earn a win and a tie

SOUTHWEST OSWEGO –The Valley Heights Christian Academy Crusaders traveled north to play the Southwest Oswego Royals Tuesday. The Lady Crusaders came home with their third tie of the season, 0-0, and the boys picked up a 6-1 victory.



The girls’ game was a defensive struggle. Crusaders had three first-half shots and six second-half shots. Bethany Hinman 11 total saves for the Crusaders.

The Royals were first on the scoreboard in the boys’ game getting a goal by Ryan Chartrand as he beat the defense up the middle at 26.41.
