Norwich City Schools honored its Teacher of the Year and Employee of the Year at a pre-school ceremony this morning. Pictured are Stanford Gibson Principal Dara Lewis, Teacher of the Year Joann Stafford, Employee of the Year Colleen Brown, and Superintendent Gerard O’Sullivan. In Stafford’s nomination, it was said, “her classroom is always warm and inviting, yet always driven by high expectations.” Of Brown, it was said, “You can always count on her for a smile at the end of the day.”
