Hospice Hopes For Another Successful Sale Tomorrow – Rain Or Shine
Published: May 20th, 2008

NORWICH – Plants of all shades and sized will beautify East Side Park in downtown Norwich on Wednesday when Hospice and Palliative Care of Chenango County sets up for its annual sale. Hospice will be selling hanging baskets of geraniums, begonias, petunias,  New Guinea Impatiens and mixed baskets, plus porch and lots of 4” potted geraniums. This is your opportunity to decorate your yard, or purchase plants for a loved one’s plot for Memorial Day weekend. Donna Wood-Craig the coordinator of the annual spring sale hopes that the “iffy” weather doesn’t keep customers away. “Our park sale always seems to be held in inclement weather, but our loyal supporters usually take a quick trip to the park to pickup what they need because they believe in Hospice and the work we do with our patients and their families.” Hospice will set up at 8:30 a.m. and hope to sell out by 2 p.m.
