Cooperstown 4, S-E 3

COOPERSTOWN – A bases-loaded infield throwing error allowed two Cooperstown runs to score in the fifth inning to propel the Redskins past S-E in a battle of Center State Conference division leaders.

The Marauders also gave up a run in the first when an errant pickoff attempt at third base scored the game’s first run. “It was an unbelievable game, we just gave up a couple of runs we shouldn’t have,” said S-E coach Brian Hicks.
