NORWICH – The City of Norwich will formally begin interviewing candidates for the position of fire chief tonight.
Police Chief Joseph Angelino has been taking on additional duties since 2006, working as both the police chief and the fire chief, even though his appointment to the fire department was originally intended to last for only six months after the resignation of former Chief John Tighe.
