NORWICH – The annual “Artistic Discovery” student art show sponsored by Congressman Michael Arcuri offers a mix of everything from printmaking to photography, painting and ceramics.
The exhibit includes the talents of 84 high school students from around the county. An opening reception is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Chenango County Council of the Arts gallery, 27 W. Main St., and is open to the public.
Schools participating in this year’s Artistic Discovery are Sherburne-Earlville, Norwich, Afton, Oxford and Unadilla Valley. The exhibit was coordinated by Norwich High School art teacher Wayne Franklin and was juried by Carl Houghton and Lynne Berry.
