NORWICH – Five businesses were broken into overnight in the Town of Norwich, a Chenango County Sheriff’s investigator confirmed Monday morning.
The businesses are located in the “log cabin” complex at 6108 County Rt. 32 between Woods and Hawleys corners. One of the owners reported the break-ins at around 7:15 this morning, authorities say.
At least two of the buildings, as well as the entryways to the complex, were roped off with police tape. Multiple Sheriff’s units were also on the scene.
