Family, friends and colleagues gathered Monday night to honor former Norwich City Schools Athletic Director Jack Jones, seated above center, whose longtime dedication to Tornado athletics was honored with the re-naming of the high school’s gymnasium in his honor. Jones served as Norwich’s AD from 1989 to 2000. At right, Jones is congratulated by friend and Norwich basketball coach Mark Abbott.
