Oxford Rotary makes donation to library building fund

OXFORD – The Oxford Rotary Club pledged a total of $4500 to the Oxford Memorial Library Expansion fund. Last year they presented the Library with a check in the amount of $2,000. That, combined with this year’s donation, completed their pledge amount. 



The Oxford Memorial Library Building Fund is for a million dollar expansion and upgrade, for the 200 year old, library facility. For further Library Expansion Project information, brochure or donations call the Oxford Memorial Library at 843-6146.

Rotary is a world wide service organization that believes in giving back to their local communities. The Oxford Rotary helps to support community programs such as the Rotary Youth Leadership award, International Student Exchange program, and the annual college scholarships. Rotary also gives to worthwhile world causes such as the elimination of polio globally.
